  • Creating and implementing a comprehensive high-level media public relations plan and quarterly close-up public relations plans to maximize pitching and profile opportunities and find storytelling angles relevant to editorial calendars, trends, news, and more.

  • Building and maintaining a targeted national media list unique to the client's brand, audience, strategy, and goals.

  • Proactively pursuing positive stories and opportunities for features while responding to inquiries - targeting all forms of media, including broadcast, digital, podcast, and print publications, as appropriate for each opportunity.

  • Contributing amplification ideas for press placements.

  • Creating and distributing press releases as needed.

  • Creating media kits, talking points, fact sheets, other press materials, etc., as needed.

  • Serving as your brand's news bureau for outgoing and incoming news or inquiries.

  • Identifying thought leadership opportunities for expert positioning.

  • Crisis Communications (we allow an additional 5 hours per month, just in case.)

  • Consistent and transparent communication designed to fit whatever communication style suits our clients best.

  • Full access to a brand-specific public relations report via Coverage Book, which is used as a benchmark for success and details coverage views, domain authority, social media shares, online readership, and backlinks.

  • Mid-month public relations status updates with details of confirmed interviews or interested media, published press placements, and pending press placements.

  • Monthly public relations meetings to review the current month's public relations efforts, what's to come in the following month, and forecasting for strategic positioning and opportunities.

Optional Monthly Add-On: Awards and Speaking Engagement Submissions

  • Identifying and coordinating speaking opportunities and strategic thought-leadership positioning.

  • Creating and maintaining a growing list of award submissions, identifying opportunities, and submitting award applications on behalf of the client.
